How your company joins Valinor
Section titled “How your company joins Valinor”Each customer business has its own workspace: where its contacts, conversations, invoices and everything else the team uses live. The Valinor team creates the workspace when the business signs up, together with the modules it subscribed to. From then on, whoever administers the workspace invites the rest of the team.
There is no separate sign-up: your account is created the first time you sign in.
Section titled “Sign in”Open valinorcrm.com/app. The Entrar na sua conta (sign in to your account) screen offers three options:
- Continuar com Google — sign in with your Google account.
- Continuar com a Apple — sign in with your Apple ID.
- Email sign-in link — type your email and click Enviar link de acesso (send sign-in link). Open the email and click the link to sign in, no password needed.
Use the same email address that received the invitation. Once signed in, you can link the other methods to the same account (see Profile).
Accept an invitation
Section titled “Accept an invitation”Invitations arrive in two ways: by email, or as a link someone at your company shared. Open the invitation, sign in with one of the methods above and accept it. Every invitation expires; if yours did, ask the workspace administrator for a new one.
If you sign in without any accepted invitation, Valinor shows Você ainda não faz parte de nenhum workspace (you are not part of any workspace yet). Ask your company’s administrator for an invitation.
Pick and switch workspaces
Section titled “Pick and switch workspaces”If you belong to more than one workspace, you see the list after signing in and pick one to work in. To switch, click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to go back to the list.
The workspace dashboard
Section titled “The workspace dashboard”The Dashboard is the first screen of a workspace. It is built from widgets you can add, remove, reorder and resize. The widgets available depend on the modules your workspace has.
The sidebar shows only your workspace’s modules and only the screens your role can access. On a phone, the menu opens from the button at the top of the screen; on a computer, it can collapse into an icon rail.
Profile
Section titled “Profile”The user menu at the top of the screen holds Perfil (profile). There you see your name and email and manage the sign-in methods linked to your account: you can link Google, Apple or email to the same account, or unlink one of them.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- Workspace and team — members, groups, roles and invitations.
- Modules — what each module does and where to find it.
