CRM
The CRM is the core of Valinor and is part of every workspace. It holds who your business serves and what is going on with each customer. In the menu it shows up as CRM.
What is in the menu
Section titled “What is in the menu”| Menu | What it is for |

| Pipelines | Sales funnels, with the stages each negotiation goes through. |
| Deals | Ongoing negotiations, on a board by stage (kanban) or in a list, with value, owner and priority. |
| Tarefas (tasks) | What the team needs to do — calls, follow-ups, visits — with owner, priority and due date. |
| Tipos de Evento (event types) | What can appear on a contact’s timeline. |
| Campos do Contato (contact fields) | Extra information your business keeps about each contact, beyond the standard fields. |
| Segmentos (segments) | Groups of contacts defined by rules, reusable in filters and flows. |

Day to day
Section titled “Day to day”- Add a contact: in Contatos, use the new contact button. Contacts are also created automatically when someone messages you through an Omnichannel channel.
- Track a sale: create a pipeline with your process stages and move deals between them by dragging the card or through the Mover para (move to) menu. On a phone, the board shows one stage at a time. Each stage shows how many flows run when a deal enters or leaves it; the button lists those flows and, on a computer, creates a new one with the stage already in the trigger.
- Never miss a follow-up: create a task linked to the contact or the deal, with an owner and a date.
What each person sees and edits depends on their role (see Workspace and team).
