Connector data and security

Only data from the workspace chosen when connecting, and only from the modules and permissions granted at consent. On top of that, every query respects the role of the person who connected: the assistant never sees what that person can’t see in Valinor. If that person leaves the workspace, the connection stops working.

Omnichannel message content is only read if the Message content permission was checked. Without it, the assistant only sees conversation numbers and metadata.

  • It changes nothing. Every tool is read-only: nothing is created, edited or deleted.
  • It moves no money. The connector doesn’t issue charges, record payments or make transfers.
  • It doesn’t store your conversation with the AI. Valinor only receives each tool call — which tool and which filters — never the text you wrote to the assistant or its reply.

Each tool call is recorded in the call history under Configurações → Conexões de IA: which connection called, which tool, with which filters and when. Long filters are truncated in the log. The history is kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.

  • Authorization follows OAuth 2.1 with PKCE: the assistant never sees your password or your Valinor sign-in.
  • The access credential lasts 15 minutes and is renewed while the connection is active. If an already-used renewal credential is presented again, the connection is revoked.
  • Any connection can be revoked at any time under Configurações → Conexões de IA.

How Valinor handles data, including the AI connector, is described in the privacy policy (in Portuguese).
