Hospitality

The Hospitality module is for lodging businesses: inns, hotels and the like. It manages reservations, rooms and rates. In the menu it shows up as Hospitalidade.

What is in the menu

Menu	What it is for
Reservas (reservations)	Reservations, as a list or on the occupancy map, which shows each room across the days. From there you check guests in and out, assign rooms and cancel.
Quartos (rooms)	Room categories (for example Standard and Suite, with how many rooms each has) and the rooms in each category.
Tarifas (rates)	Rate plans, with the price applied to reservations.

Day to day

• New reservation: enter the guest, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, category and rate plan. The room can be assigned right away or later.
• Room already taken: Valinor won’t assign a room that already has a reservation for the same period.
• Arrival and departure: open the reservation and use Fazer check-in and Fazer check-out.

The guest is a CRM contact: their history stays together with the rest of the relationship.
